Parcel will be delivered at your doorstep by a courier company. Our official Courier Company for COD is TCS, however, for other mode of payments (easypaisa, DBT, etc) courier company may vary. When the parcel will be delivered, you will have to sign it as proof of delivery. In case of customer's unavailability, three attempts will be made by the courier company.
For Local deliveries it takes around 4-7 working Days. For International deliveries, it will depend on courier company service you will choose.
This service is currently available only in Pakistan. However, International shoppers who wish to get the products delivered outside Pakistan can do so by paying the International courier charges separately.

The shoes can be purchased at www.shoeslylo.pk or through a variety of individual dealers and of course our concept stores . The dealers can be located through our website in the Store Locator.
You have 15 days to return the goods for exchange by sending the Parcel to our Head Office. For further details please refer to our Returns and refund Policy.
We begin processing orders immediately. For this reason we are unable to change or cancel orders. We cannot accept e-mail requests for order changes or cancellations
Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top right corner of every page of our site. From there, you will be able to view information about your order. Incase you have not registered, click on "order status" which is on the top right of the Homepage and check your order by giving the order id. The order can also be checked through our logistic partner, Blue Dart by either calling the toll free number or visiting their website through a link provided by Metro Shoes to visit Blue Dart and track your delivery. For this you will need the courier POD number which will be sent on the email id provided by you.
